Tammy Colbow

I am a homeowner that sold my house recently as I am downsizing. I had tried to sell it on my own for over a year through comfree, but had no luck - had only one offer that fell through. Tammy was the only realtor that showed my house to reach out to me with a kind message to see if I wanted to list, but there was never any pressure. I contacted her and she came over with a professional presentation that showed me all the facts on real estate in my area. 

I loved that Tammy has lots of experience in interior design and real estate. She was so friendly and caring and I was happy to sign up with her. She took care of everything and showed the house to a lot of people. It lowered my stress level immensely. I was so happy when she called with the news that we had a good offer. I could not have done it without her. I will always recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. 

I have dealt with a lot of people in my career and life. Tammy and her assistant Lisa were a pleasure to deal with from day one to the close of the sale. Passion shows when you show up in the breaks between the rain to take pictures!!
