We highly recommend Tammy as a truly professional real estate agent.  We had just moved from out of province to be nearer to our daughter.  We did not know anyone in the area.  We were looking for a home to be placed on our daughter's acreage.  She had used 2 different agents for her home search.  Neither one was very professional. 

 

We saw a listing that we thought was appropriate for our needs.  Tammy was the listing agent.  We called and she fit us into her busy schedule at our convenience.  She showed us the mobile home, she came fully prepared with a lovely pamphlet.  She gave us comprehensive information.  She never put pressure on us to purchase.  Having decided on this home, she sent us all the necessary documentation in record time.  We encountered a problem with the computerized signature phase.  She worked extra time with the programmer to correct the issue.  She recommended someone to act as our legal agent. This person was extremely competent.  

 

She followed through all the steps required.  It was an easy, comfortable step to completion.  On the day of possession, she met us at our home to present us with the keys and with a lovely gift.

 

We would recommend Tammy to anyone looking for someone to help them find their next purchase.
