Tammy Colbow

When we decided to end our quick stint being landlords, we asked around for someone who could help us sell our mobile home.  Many were not interested because it is a weird market and often a complicated sell.  As soon as we contacted Tammy, she was open and honest about what needed to be done to get it sold.  This meant trusting that selling the trailer empty would be ideal.  It was scary to put so much trust into someone we didn't know and base our trust on the fact people we respected loved her.  So we took the plunge and worked hard at leaving the mobile better than we found it.  It was hard to hear that the market had lowered, but Tammy was honest, compassionate, and authentic in her explanations and encouragement.  Our house was shown, pending, and sold less than a month and we are beyond grateful.  Realtors scare us and often can come off like used car salesmen.  Tammy is not that way.  She actually cares and is not just interested in her bottom line.  Definitely give her a call when you are hoping to buy or sell your next home.
